Operating Principle: This equipment utilizes an electromagnetic brake clutch motor to drive the synchronous shaft, which in turn achieves the flipping of the worktable, thereby facilitating the handling on the worktable.
The workpiece can be flipped 0~180 degrees to achieve the goal of converting from horizontal to vertical or vice versa.
The workbench is made from steel plates ranging in thickness from 16 to 25mm, based on tonnage and work surface size, ensuring the bench's load-bearing capacity for workpieces. A wear-resistant PP board with a thickness of 10 to 20mm is laid on the surface, protecting the equipment surface of the workpiece and reducing direct damage to the workbench, thereby extending the mold flipping machine's lifespan.
Equipment Appearance: Our mold machine comes standard with a deep blue textured paint for the base, a yellow textured paint for the flip worktable, and black paint for warning purposes.
Equipment operability: Easy to operate, compact in structure, featuring a low countertop height and ample countertop dimensions; installation is extremely convenient.
Equipment Safety: The equipment features an automatic locking mechanism during power outages. When power is lost, the motor's anti-locking system activates immediately, securing the motor shaft. This causes the motor to stop rotating, and the worktable will cease to flip, preventing any reverse rotation. Additionally, the motor is equipped with electromagnetic braking, and the machine is fitted with electrical positioning and mechanical limit devices to ensure safety and reliability, featuring an auto-lock function during power failure.
