Equipment Introduction
Operating Principle: This equipment utilizes an electromagnetic brake clutch motor to drive the synchronous shaft, which in turn achieves the tilting of the worktable, thereby accomplishing the transfer of items on the worktable.
Parts can be flipped from 0 to 90 degrees to achieve the operational goal of converting from horizontal to vertical or vice versa.
The work surface is made of steel plates ranging from 16 to 25mm in thickness, based on tonnage and table size, ensuring the workbench's load-bearing capacity for workpieces. A wear-resistant PP board of 10 to 20mm thickness is laid on the surface, which protects the equipment's surface and reduces direct damage to the workbench from workpieces, thereby extending the lifespan of the mold flipper.
Equipment Appearance: The standard paint finish for our mold machine includes a base in dark blue ripple paint, a flipping worktable in yellow ripple paint, with black paint added for warning effect.
Equipment operability: Easy to operate, compact in structure, with a low countertop height and ample countertop dimensions; installation is extremely convenient.
Equipment Safety: The equipment features an automatic locking function upon power failure. When power is interrupted, the motor's anti-locking system activates immediately, securely gripping the motor shaft. This causes the motor to stop rotating instantly, and the worktable will also cease flipping, preventing any reverse rotation. Additionally, apart from the electromagnetic braking of the motor, the equipment is equipped with electrical positioning and mechanical limit devices to ensure safety and reliability, featuring an auto-lock function in case of power failure.

Press the forward or reverse rotation button to rotate the workbench in the corresponding direction. Release the button to stop the rotation.
The electrical system consists of features such as a leakage protection switch, AC contactor, overheat protection relay, limit switch, intermediate relay, handheld operator, and main power box, among others.
Optional equipment perimeter guardrails, safety gates, and other facilities to prevent unauthorized personnel from entering during equipment operation.
