Equipment Introduction
Operation Principle: This equipment utilizes an electromagnetic brake clutch motor to drive the synchronous shaft, achieving the tilting of the worktable, thereby reaching the goal of positioning items on the worktable.
Parts can be flipped 0 to 90 degrees to achieve the goal of converting horizontal to vertical or vice versa.
The workbench is made from steel plates ranging in thickness from 16 to 25mm, based on tonnage and work surface size, ensuring the workbench's load-bearing capacity for workpieces. The surface is covered with a wear-resistant PP board of 10 to 20mm thickness, which protects the surface of the machine equipment and reduces direct damage to the workbench by the workpieces, thereby extending the lifespan of the mold flipping machine.
Equipment Appearance: The standard paint finish for our mold machine is a deep blue wavy finish for the base, a yellow wavy finish for the flipping worktable, with black paint added for warning purposes.
Machine operability: Easy to operate with a compact structure, achieving a low countertop height and generous countertop dimensions; installation is extremely convenient.
Equipment Safety: The equipment features an automatic locking function in case of power failure. Upon power outage, the motor's anti-locking system activates immediately, securing the motor shaft. At this point, the motor stops rotating instantly, and the worktable halts its flipping, preventing any reverse rotation. Furthermore, in addition to the electromagnetic brake on the motor, the equipment is equipped with electrical positioning and mechanical limit devices to ensure safety, reliability, and an automatic lockout upon power failure.

Pressing the forward or reverse rotation button causes the worktable to rotate forward or reverse, respectively. Releasing the button stops the worktable.
The electrical system consists of components such as a leakage protection switch, AC contactor, overheat protection relay, limit switch, intermediate relay, handheld operator, and main power box.
Optional perimeter guards, safety gates, and other facilities to prevent unauthorized personnel from entering during equipment operation.
