Equipment Introduction

Operating Principle: This equipment utilizes an electromagnetic brake clutch motor to drive the synchronous shaft, which achieves the flipping of the worktable, thereby accomplishing the transfer of items on the worktable.

The workpiece can be flipped 0~90 degrees to achieve the operational goal of converting from horizontal to vertical or vice versa.

The worktable is constructed from steel plates ranging from 16~25mm in thickness, based on the tonnage and table size, ensuring the worktable's load-bearing capacity for the workpieces. A wear-resistant PP board, 10~20mm thick, is laid on the surface to protect the workpiece equipment's surface and to minimize direct damage to the worktable, thereby extending the mold machine's lifespan.

Equipment Appearance: Our mold machine comes standard with a deep blue textured paint for the base, a yellow textured paint for the flip worktable, and black paint for warning purposes.

Equipment operability: Easy to operate, compact in structure, with a low countertop height and generous countertop dimensions; extremely convenient for installation.

Equipment Safety: The equipment features an automatic locking function upon power failure. When power is cut off, the motor's anti-locking system activates immediately, clamping the motor shaft. This causes the motor to stop rotating instantly, and the worktable will also cease flipping, preventing any reverse rotation. Additionally, the motor is equipped with electromagnetic braking, and the machine is fitted with electrical positioning and mechanical limit devices to ensure safety, reliability, and the feature of automatic locking upon power failure.

Equipment Features

Mechanical self-locking structure; locks immediately upon stopping, will not reverse even in the event of power failure.

All major components are precision-machined using laser technology to avoid manual errors and ensure smooth operation of the equipment.

Optional signal tower lights, displaying different colored lights during operation and standby. An alarm sound is emitted during operation.

The control circuit is fully equipped with 24V safe voltage, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

Utilizing industrial hard toothed helical gear reducer.

Multiple limit switches and mechanical limit protection ensure operational safety.

Equipped with a wired or wireless control handle, allowing for remote operation at a distance, ensuring safety and reliability.

Connected with industrial plugs for safety and convenience of movement.

Press the forward or reverse rotation button to rotate the workbench forward or reverse. Release the button to stop the workbench.

The electrical system consists of features such as a leakage protection switch, AC contactor, overheat protection relay, limit switch, intermediate relay, handheld operator, and main power box, among others.

Optional perimeter guards, safety gates, and other facilities to prevent unauthorized personnel from entering during equipment operation.
