Reasons for the Poor Performance of 5052 Aluminum Plates

1. The mechanical properties of the annealed sheet are substandard, usually due to an insufficient annealing temperature or a too short holding time; or because of the rapid cooling rate after heat treatment, which can harden the aluminum alloy sheet.

2. The mechanical properties of the semi-hard annealed products are substandard, usually due to low annealing temperature, insufficient holding time, or overly high annealing temperature, and excessive holding time.

3. The mechanical properties of the quenching时效plate are substandard, usually due to either a low quenching heating temperature or insufficient holding time; or a slow cooling rate during quenching. If the material is severely overheated due to an excessively high quenching heating temperature, its mechanical properties can also significantly degrade.
