In fact, solving water tank leaks can start from the source. As long as we strictly control the quality of materials, use chemical grouting materials with product certificates, manuals, and technical reports, and only proceed after on-site sampling and re-inspection, we will never use counterfeit products. Moreover, adhering to strict operational procedures and technical specifications, and not cutting corners during construction, will generally suffice.
1. In underwater operations, 1. Determine the repair plan: Prior to leak plugging, a site survey must be conducted to assess the quality of concrete construction, analyze the causes of water leakage, identify the location and dimensions of cracks (width, length, height, and penetration), and understand leakage patterns during rainy and dry seasons. Measure the flow rate and velocity of the leak, and through comprehensive investigation, properly formulate the repair plan and prepare all necessary steps. 2. Material characteristics: DH-814Ⅱ polyurethane rapid leak-sealing adhesive reacts upon contact with water. (6) Maintain ventilation on the construction site, be aware of fire prevention, and strictly prohibit any ignition sources.

For non-贯穿 cracks, due to airlock issues, it's difficult to inject slurry into the tip area of the crack, thus unable to eliminate the stress concentration area formed in the high area. Therefore, comprehensive consideration of various factors should be given during treatment to improve the filling rate of the slurry. For temperature cracks, considering the "lag effect" of concrete structures on temperature, it is generally recommended to perform grouting and leak prevention at the lowest temperature point of the concrete body for better results.
Hydroelectric power reservoir leakproofing and construction unit, grouting is a new type of chemical grouting leakproofing technology that uses dual liquid grouting.
