Abrasion-resistant pipelines, also known as wear-resistant pipes, primarily include wear-resistant straight pipes, elbows, tees, reducers, flanges, and other structural components. They are designed for conveying abrasive materials such as pneumatically conveyed slurry. Due to the high hardness, fast flow rates, and large volumes of the transported medium, and the continuous impact, wear, and corrosion on the pipe walls during the transportation process, this leads to fatigue in the pipes and eventually wearing through. The use of abrasion-resistant pipelines addresses this issue. The following provides a brief overview of the structure, performance, types, applications, and specifications of these pipelines.
