PGT (ZPG, GPT) Disc Vacuum Filter
The mining heavy-duty disc vacuum filter has fully absorbed the advantages of similar foreign products. It addresses the characteristics of metal minerals with high density, rapid sedimentation, and strong impact force on the filter tubes from the filtrate containing solid particles. It has made a leap in optimizing and improving the overall stability and structural reliability. It features robust structure, smooth disc operation, strong automatic variable speed stirring, reliable shaft-end sealing, abrasion-resistant and durable ceramic filter tubes, high filter fan strength, and large porosity. The filter cloth has high tensile strength, smooth surface, high cake discharge rate, and long service life. It ensures excellent dewatering performance in solid-liquid separation.
Technical Features
One: Filter Fan
To overcome certain defects in the current use of filter fans, our company has conducted numerous reliability tests tailored to the specificities of the mineral processing industry, ultimately developing a new type of filter fan that meets market demands.
The surface is smooth with evenly distributed dehydration holes, reasonable pore rate, and rounded edges on the filter vanes and ribs. Not only does this enhance the dehydration rate, but it also prolongs the service life of the filter fabric.
2. The filter fan head features chamfered edges for high strength, with reinforced ribs at the bottom to prevent damage and breakage during assembly and disassembly.
3. The angle between the rib direction and the centerline of the filter vane is reasonable, resulting in low fluid resistance. The large effective area of the filter vane enhances the processing capacity of the filter machine.
4. The wall thickness of the filter fan is increased by 1/3 compared to the standard, and its weight is also increased by 1/3. It is a structurally sound and robust filter fan available in the domestic market, with an average lifespan that can be extended by 1.5 to 2 times.
5. Special-structured filter blades, paired with stainless steel bolts, significantly enhance both corrosion resistance and ease of disassembly for the filter blades.
2. Main shaft and filter tube:
1. The filter tubes (including the shaft head) are made of high-strength, wear-resistant ceramic composite steel pipes, with thick walls that are not prone to wear, significantly increasing the lifespan by two to three times.
2. The connection between the filtrate tube and the filter fan has eliminated the flange joint and instead uses mold positioning for direct welding. This removes the factor of aging gasket pads in the original flange connection, eliminating potential gas leaks.
Each filter blade is secured with a pressure plate, which is tightly fastened at both ends using stainless steel bolts and nuts. This prevents rusting and facilitates easy replacement of the filter fabric, significantly reducing labor intensity.
3. Mixing:
In response to the special properties of mineral powder and the common issues of filter machines leaking and mixing systems not being durable in the current market, our company has adopted the following mixing device to achieve ideal results and has received widespread positive feedback from customers.
1. Utilize port magnetization anti-seepage technology or spiral sealing – to prevent mineral powder from entering the mixing jacket.
2. Utilizes water-sealed design.
3. Utilizes PTFE composite sealing.
4. Filling and sealing.
5. The shaft surface is chrome-plated, making it resistant to rust.
Four: Tank Chassis
The tank, serving as a container for material slurry and a load-bearing support for equipment, plays a crucial role in product stability due to its sturdy and durable structure. By adding an alumina high molecular wear-resistant coating at the bottom of the tank, the issue of easy wear on the tank is fundamentally resolved.
2. For different materials, we use various materials to manufacture the troughs. These include carbon steel, stainless steel, carbon steel lined with rubber boards, and anti-corrosion lined trays, among other types.
Five: Control Panel, Friction Disc
Crafted from specialized abrasion-resistant boron phosphide cast iron, lubricated with yellow grease for optimal balance of hardness and flexibility, providing excellent sealing and a service life of over three years.
Six: Lubrication and Cleaning:
Utilize centralized multi-point automatic lubrication with a dry oil pump to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
The filter cloth is cleaned using an automatic cleaning device, ensuring continuous operation and cleaning, thus maintaining excellent dewatering efficiency.
Section 7: Electrical Control
Utilizes variable frequency speed regulation to adjust according to the concentration and flow rate of the material, achieving ideal working performance.
