PGT (ZPG, GPT) Disc Type Vacuum Filter
The mining heavy-duty disc vacuum filter fully draws on the advantages of similar foreign products. Addressing the characteristics of metal mineral high density, rapid sedimentation, and strong impact force on the filter pipe due to the filtrate containing solid particles, it has achieved a leap in optimization and improvement in overall stability and structural reliability. It features robust structure, smooth filter disc operation, powerful automatic speed variation of stirring, reliable shaft-end sealing, abrasion-resistant and durable ceramic filter pipes, high strength filter fans, and large porosity. The filter cloth boasts high tensile strength, smooth surface, high cake discharge rate, and long service life. These features ensure excellent dewatering performance of the material in solid-liquid separation.
Technical Features
One: Filter Fan
To overcome some existing defects in the use of current filter fans, our company has conducted numerous reliability tests specifically tailored to the unique requirements of the mineral processing industry, ultimately developing a new type of filter fan that meets market demand.
The surface is smooth with evenly distributed dehydration holes, featuring a reasonable hole rate. Both the edges of the filter vanes and ribs are rounded, which not only enhances the dehydration rate but also extends the service life of the filter cloth.
2. The filter fan head features chamfered edges for high strength, with reinforced ribs at the bottom, making it less prone to damage or breakage during assembly and disassembly.
3. The rib direction forms a reasonable angle with the centerline of the filter blade, resulting in low fluid resistance. The larger effective area of the filter blade enhances the processing capacity of the filter machine.
4. The wall thickness of the filter fan is increased by 1/3 compared to the standard, and its weight is also increased by 1/3. It is currently a structurally sound and sturdy filter fan in the domestic market, with an average lifespan that can be extended by 1.5 to 2 times.
5. Special-structured filter blades, paired with unique stainless steel bolts, significantly enhance both the corrosion resistance and ease of disassembly of the filter blades.
2. Main shaft and filter tube:
Filter tubes (including shaft ends) are made of high-strength wear-resistant ceramic composite steel pipes, with thick walls that are less prone to wear, extending the lifespan by two to three times.
2. The flange connection at the interface between the filtrate tube and the filter fan has been eliminated, and direct welding is now achieved through mold positioning. This removes the factor of aging gasket pads in the original flange connection, thus eliminating potential gas leakage points.
Each filter blade is secured with a pressure plate, which is tightly fastened at both ends with stainless steel bolts and nuts, making it rust-resistant and easy to replace the filter cloth, significantly reducing labor intensity.
3. Mixing:
In response to the special properties of mineral powder, and considering the current market issues with filters prone to leakage and mixing systems not being durable, our company has adopted the following mixing devices to achieve optimal results, and has received widespread positive feedback from customers.
1. Utilizing port magnetization anti-seepage technology or spiral sealing – to prevent mineral powder from entering the mixing sleeve.
2. Utilizes water-tight sealing.
3. Utilizes PTFE composite sealing.
4. Filled and sealed.
5. The shaft surface is chrome-plated, making it resistant to rust.
Four: Tank Body
1. The tank, serving as a container for material slurry and a load-bearing support for equipment, plays a crucial role in product stability due to its sturdy and durable structure. By adding an alumina high molecular wear-resistant coating at the bottom of the tank, the issue of easy wear on the tank is fundamentally addressed.
2. Different material options are selected for the tank bodies, including carbon steel, stainless steel, carbon steel lined with rubber plates, and anti-corrosion lined tanks.
Five: Control Disk, Friction Plate
Custom-made wear-resistant boron phosphide cast iron, lubricated with yellow grease, offering a perfect balance of flexibility and rigidity, with excellent sealing performance and a lifespan of over three years.
Section 6: Lubrication and Cleaning:
Utilize a dry oil pump for centralized multi-point automatic lubrication to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
The filter cloth is cleaned using an automatic cleaning device, ensuring continuous operation and cleaning, thus maintaining excellent dewatering efficiency.
Section 7: Electrical Control
Utilizes variable frequency speed control to adjust according to material concentration and flow rate, achieving optimal working performance.
