The Disc Vacuum Filter, as a new type of filtration equipment, breaks through the problems of high energy consumption, harsh working environment, frequent failures, and high operation costs associated with the traditional intermittent operation process of pressure filter. Tailings comprehensive treatment methods
The tailings from the mine, containing a large amount of water, are thickened in a thickener before being fed into a disk vacuum filter for separation. The filtered cake can be directly dried and stored, and the supernatant from the thickener and the filtrate from the filter are recycled after filtration. If the particles are very fine, they are thickened by adding a suitable amount of flocculant through a dosing device before being filtered in the disk vacuum filter.
Technical Features
1. The tank, serving as a container for the material slurry and a load-bearing support for equipment, has a crucial impact on product stability due to its sturdy and durable structure. Additionally, by adding an alumina high molecular weight wear-resistant coating at the bottom of the tank, the issue of easy wear and tear on the tank is fundamentally addressed.
2. Designed for tailings with high friction coefficients and large particle sizes, and fast settling rates, the filter fan enhances its strength by utilizing high-strength wear-resistant materials and thickened wall thickness. This strengthens the surface's resistance to wear, thereby extending the lifespan of the filter fan.
3. The cross-section of the filtrate tube is large, and the cavity volume of the distribution head is substantial, enhancing the suction rate and the filtrate discharge efficiency.
4. The filter tubes are made of high-strength, wear-resistant ceramic composite steel pipes or stainless steel pipes, which are resistant to corrosion.
Each filter blade is secured with a pressure plate, featuring bolts made of stainless steel to prevent rust and ensure easy disassembly.
6. The mixer employs a Teflon seal ring, featuring a combination of water-tight and imported rope packing seals to ensure no leakage of minerals. It also utilizes a dual composite form of mechanical and air agitation or an optional single method, depending on the particle size of the material, overcoming the issue of material sedimentation.
7. The control disc and friction disc are made of wear-resistant boron-phosphorus cast iron, with the control disc featuring involute form air channels. The discs are lubricated with yellow grease, combining flexibility with rigidity for excellent sealing and a lifespan of over three years.
8. Multi-point automatic lubrication of dry oil pumps ensures continuous equipment operation.
9. As a filtration medium, filter cloths accumulate residue in their surface capillaries after use, which affects their filtration properties. Regular high-pressure cleaning is required to maintain optimal breathability. Our company's filter machines are equipped with an automatic filter cloth cleaning system. Cleaning is done continuously during operation. Additionally, filter cloths are regenerated and recycled using hot water and alkali solutions to preserve their excellent breathability and product dehydration performance.
10. Utilizes variable-frequency speed control, adjusting to the concentration and flow rate of materials for optimal working performance.
