PGT (ZPG, GPT) Drum Vacuum Filter
The Disc Vacuum Filter, as a new type of filtration equipment, has broken through the issues of high energy consumption, poor working environment, frequent failures, and high operation costs associated with the traditional intermittent operation process of pressure filters. It achieves low moisture content in the filter cake, clear filtrate, and continuous production without reducing output while cleaning the filter cloth under high vacuum. With low investment costs and high production efficiency, it has been widely applied and推广 in the treatment of tailings in mineral processing.
Tailings comprehensive treatment methods
The tailings, containing a large amount of water from the mine, are thickened in a thickener before being fed into a disk vacuum filter for separation. The filtered cake can be directly stacked and stored dry, while the supernatant from the thickener and the filtrate from the filter are filtered and reused. If the particles are very fine, they are thickened by adding an appropriate amount of flocculant through a dosing unit before being filtered in the disk vacuum filter.
Technical Features
1. The tank, serving as a container for material slurry and a load-bearing support for equipment, plays a crucial role in product stability due to its sturdy and durable structure. By adding an alumina high molecular wear-resistant coating at the bottom of the tank, the issue of easy wear on the tank is fundamentally addressed.
2. The filter fan is designed for its characteristics of high friction coefficient, large particle size, and fast settling speed in tailings. By using high-strength wear-resistant materials and thickening the wall thickness of the filter fan, the strength of the filter fan is enhanced, and its surface wear resistance is improved, thereby extending the service life of the filter fan.
3. The cross-sectional area of the filtrate tube is large, and the cavity volume of the distribution head is substantial, enhancing the vacuum extraction rate and the effectiveness of filtrate discharge.
4. The filter tube is made of high-strength, abrasion-resistant ceramic composite steel pipe or stainless steel pipe, which is not prone to corrosion.
5. Each filter vane is secured with a pressure plate, featuring bolts made of stainless steel to prevent rust and ensure easy disassembly.
6. The mixer employs a Teflon seal ring, achieving a triple combination seal of water-tightness, imported packing gland, and multiple seals to prevent leakage of minerals. Depending on the particle size of the material, it utilizes a dual composite form of mechanical and air stirring or selects one method to overcome the phenomenon of material sedimentation.
7. The control disk and friction disk are made of wear-resistant boron phosphorus cast iron. The control disk features a involute-shaped airway. The disks are lubricated with yellow grease, providing a balance between flexibility and rigidity, excellent sealing, and a lifespan of over three years.
8. Multi-point automatic lubrication for the dry oil pump ensures the normal operation of the equipment.
9. As a filtration medium, filter cloths accumulate residues in their surface capillaries after use, which affects their filtration properties. Regular high-pressure cleaning is necessary to maintain optimal breathability. Our company's filter machines are equipped with an automatic filter cloth cleaning system, ensuring continuous cleaning while in operation. Additionally, filter cloths are regenerated and reused through a cycle of hot water and alkaline solutions to preserve their excellent breathability and product dehydration efficiency.
10. Utilizes variable frequency speed control, adjusting based on material concentration and flow rate to achieve optimal working performance.
Application Range
This series of disk vacuum filter is mainly used for dewatering of tailings from various mineral processing, also suitable for river sediment, hydropower silt, construction materials, chemical industry, and other fine-grained materials.
