PGT (ZPG, GPT) Disc Vacuum Filter
The mining heavy-duty disk vacuum filter draws upon the advantages of similar foreign products. Addressing the characteristics of metal minerals with high density, rapid sedimentation, and strong impact force on the filter tubes from solid-containing filtrates, it has achieved a leap in optimization and improvement in overall stability and structural reliability. It features robust structure, smooth disk operation, powerful automatic variable-speed stirring, reliable shaft-end sealing, wear-resistant and durable ceramic filter tubes, high filter fan strength, and large porosity. The filter cloth boasts high tensile strength, smooth surface, high cake discharge rate, and long service life, ensuring excellent dewatering performance during solid-liquid separation.
One: Filter Fan
To overcome the existing defects in the use of current filter fans, our company has conducted numerous reliability tests specifically tailored to the unique requirements of the mineral processing industry, ultimately developing a new type of filter fan that meets market demand.
1. Smooth surface, evenly distributed dehydration holes, reasonable porosity; the edges of the filter vanes and ribs are all rounded, not only enhancing the dehydration rate but also extending the service life of the filter cloth.
2. Filter fan heads are chamfered for high strength, with reinforced ribs at the bottom, making them resistant to damage and breakage during assembly and disassembly.
3. The rib orientation forms a reasonable angle with the centerline of the filter vane, resulting in low fluid resistance. The larger effective area of the filter vane enhances the processing capacity of the filter machine.
4. The wall thickness of the filter fan is increased by 1/3 compared to the standard, and its weight is also increased by 1/3. It is a structurally sound and robust filter fan available in the domestic market, with an average lifespan that can be extended by 1.5 to 2 times.
5. Special-structured filter blades, paired with stainless steel bolts, significantly enhance both the corrosion resistance and ease of disassembly for the filter blades.
Section 2: Main shaft and filter tube:
1. The filter tubes (including the shaft end) are made of high-strength, wear-resistant ceramic composite steel pipes with thick walls, which are not prone to wear and increase the lifespan by two to three times.
2.法兰 connections at the filter tube and filter fan interface have been eliminated, and instead, direct welding is used with mold positioning. This removes the factor of aging gasket pads at the original flange connection, thus eliminating potential gas leaks.
3. Each filter blade is secured with a pressure plate, fastened at both ends with stainless steel bolts and nuts, which are resistant to rust and facilitate easy filter cloth replacement, significantly reducing labor intensity.
3. Mixing:
In response to the special properties of mineral powder and the common issues of filter machines leaking and mixing systems being unreliable in the current market, our company has adopted the following mixing device to achieve ideal results, and has received widespread positive feedback from customers.
1. Utilize port magnetization anti-seepage technology or helical sealing – prevent mineral powder from entering the mixing sleeve.
2. Water-tight seal employed.
3. Utilizes PTFE composite sealing.
4. Filled and sealed with additional material.
5. The shaft surface is chrome plated, making it resistant to rust.
Four: Tank Chassis
1. The tank, serving as a container for material slurry and a load-bearing support for equipment, plays a crucial role in product stability due to its sturdy and durable structure. Additionally, the addition of an alumina high-performance wear-resistant coating at the bottom of the tank fundamentally addresses the issue of easy wear.
2. For different materials, select different materials to manufacture the trough. Available types include carbon steel, stainless steel, carbon steel lined with rubber plates, and anti-corrosion lined rubber, among others.
Five: Control Disc, Friction Plate
Custom-made wear-resistant boron phosphide cast iron, lubricated with yellow grease, offers a balance of hardness and flexibility, excellent sealing, and a lifespan of over three years.
Six: Lubrication and Cleaning:
The equipment is powered by a dry oil pump for centralized multi-point automatic lubrication, ensuring smooth operation.
The filter cloth is cleaned using an automatic cleaning device, ensuring continuous operation and cleaning, thus maintaining excellent dewatering efficiency.
Section 7: Electrical Control
Utilizes variable frequency speed control to adjust according to the concentration and flow rate of the material, achieving ideal working performance.
