PGT (ZPG, GPT) Disc Vacuum Filter
The disk vacuum filter, as a new type of filtering equipment, overcomes the issues of high energy consumption, harsh working conditions, frequent malfunctions, and high operation costs associated with the traditional intermittent pressure filter process. It achieves low moisture content in the filter cake, clear filtrate, and continuous production with filter cloth cleaning without reducing output. With low investment cost and high production efficiency, it has been widely applied and推广 in the treatment of mineral processing tailings.

Tailings comprehensive treatment methods
Tailings, containing a large amount of water from the mine, are thickened in a thickener before being fed into a disk vacuum filter for separation. The filtered cake can be directly stacked and stored dry, while the supernatant from the thickener and the filtrate from the filter are recycled after filtration. For fine particles, a flocculant is added through a dosing device before thickening, and then the slurry is filtered in the disk vacuum filter.

Technical Features
The tank, serving as a container for material slurry and a load-bearing support for equipment, plays a crucial role in product stability due to its robust and durable structure. By adding an alumina high-molecular wear-resistant coating at the bottom of the tank, the issue of easy wear on the tank has been fundamentally resolved.
2. The filter fan is designed for tailings with high friction coefficients and large particle sizes, as well as fast sedimentation rates. By utilizing high-strength wear-resistant materials and thickening the wall thickness of the filter fan, the strength of the filter fan is enhanced, along with high surface wear resistance, thereby extending the service life of the filter fan.
3. The cross-section of the filtrate tube is large, and the cavity volume of the distribution head is substantial, enhancing the suction rate and the filtrate discharge efficiency.
4. Filter tubes are made of high-strength, abrasion-resistant ceramic composite steel pipes or stainless steel pipes, which are not prone to corrosion.
Each filter blade is secured with a pressure plate, featuring bolts made of stainless steel to prevent rust and ensure easy disassembly.
6. Utilizing Teflon seals for mixing, achieving a water-tight seal with a combination of imported packing material and multiple sealing methods to prevent leakage of minerals. Depending on the particle size of the material, a dual composite form of mechanical and air mixing is adopted, or a single method is chosen, overcoming the phenomenon of material sedimentation.
7. The control disk and friction disk are made of high-wear-resistant boron-phosphorus cast iron. The control disk features a involute-shaped air passage. They are lubricated with yellow grease between disks, offering a balance of flexibility and rigidity with excellent sealing and a lifespan of over three years.
8. Multi-point automatic lubrication for dry oil pumps ensures the normal operation of the equipment.
9. As a filtering medium, filter cloths accumulate residue in their surface capillaries after use, which affects their filtering characteristics. Regular high-pressure cleaning is necessary to maintain optimal breathability. Our company's filter machines are equipped with an automatic filter cloth cleaning system, ensuring continuous cleaning while in operation. Additionally, filter cloths are regenerated and recycled using hot water and alkali solutions to preserve their excellent breathability and product dehydration efficiency.
10. Utilizes variable frequency speed control, adjusting based on material concentration and flow rate to achieve optimal working performance.

Application Scope
This series of disk vacuum filter is mainly used for the dewatering of tailings from various mineral processing operations, and is also suitable for river sludge, sediment from hydropower stations, construction materials, chemicals, and other industries dealing with fine-grained materials.
