PGT (ZPG, GPT) Disc Vacuum Filter
The mining heavy-duty disk vacuum filter has fully absorbed the advantages of similar foreign products. It has made a leap in optimization and improvement in overall stability and structural reliability, catering to the characteristics of metal minerals with high density, rapid sedimentation, and strong impact force on the filter tube due to the presence of solid particles in the filtrate. It boasts sturdy structure, smooth filter disk operation, powerful automatic variable speed mixing, reliable shaft end sealing, abrasion-resistant and durable ceramic filter tubes, high strength filter blades, and large porosity. The filter cloth has high tensile strength, smooth surface, high cake discharge rate, and long service life, ensuring excellent dewatering indicators in solid-liquid separation.

One: Filter Fan
To overcome some deficiencies in the existing filter fans, our company has conducted numerous reliability tests specifically tailored to the unique requirements of the mineral processing industry, ultimately developing a new type of filter fan that meets market demand.
The surface is smooth with uniformly distributed dehydration holes and a reasonable hole rate. The edges of the filter vanes and ribs are rounded, which not only enhances the dehydration rate but also extends the service life of the filter cloth.
2. The filter fan head features chamfered edges for high strength, and the bottom is reinforced with ribs, making it less prone to damage or breakage during assembly and disassembly.
3. The rib direction forms a reasonable angle with the centerline of the filter vane, resulting in low fluid resistance. The larger effective area of the filter vane enhances the processing capacity of the filter machine.
4. The wall thickness of the filter fan has been increased by 1/3 compared to the standard, and so has its weight, by 1/3 as well. It's now a structurally sound and robust filter fan available in the domestic market, with an average lifespan that can be extended by 1.5 to 2 times.
5. Special-structured filter blades, paired with stainless steel bolts, significantly enhance the corrosion resistance and ease of disassembly for the filter blades.
2. Main shaft and filter tube:
1. The filter pipes (including the shaft ends) are made of high-strength, wear-resistant ceramic composite steel pipes with thick walls, which are less prone to wear and can extend the lifespan by two to three times.
2. The flange connection at the interface of the filtrate tube and filter fan has been eliminated, and direct welding with mold positioning is now used. This removes the factor of aging gasket pads in the original flange connection, eliminating potential gas leakage points.
Each filter blade is secured with a pressure plate, fastened at both ends with stainless steel bolts and nuts, which are resistant to rust and facilitate easy replacement of the filter cloth, significantly reducing labor intensity.
Section 3: Mixing
Our company has adopted the following mixing device to address the specific properties of mineral powder and the issues of filter machines leaking and mixing systems being unreliable in the current market, aiming to achieve ideal results and has received widespread positive feedback from users.
1. Utilize port magnetization anti-seepage technology or helical sealing – to prevent mineral powder from entering the mixing sleeve.
2. Utilizes water-tight sealing.
3. Utilizes a PTFE composite seal.
4. Filling and sealing.
5. The shaft surface is chrome-plated, making it resistant to rust.
Four: Tank Chassis
1. The tank, serving as a container for material slurry and a load-bearing support for equipment, plays a crucial role in product stability due to its sturdy and durable structure. Additionally, the addition of an alumina high molecular weight wear-resistant coating at the bottom of the tank fundamentally addresses the issue of easy wear.
2. For different materials, select different materials for the tank body. Available options include carbon steel, stainless steel, carbon steel lined with rubber plates, and anti-corrosion lined tanks.
Five: Control Panel, Friction Discs
Utilizing specially formulated wear-resistant boron phosphide cast iron, enhanced with yellow grease lubrication, offering a perfect balance of rigidity and flexibility, excellent sealing performance, and a lifespan of over three years.
Section 6: Lubrication and Cleaning:
Utilize centralized multi-point automatic lubrication with a dry oil pump to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
Filter cloth cleaning is done with an automatic cleaning device, achieving simultaneous operation and cleaning, thereby maintaining excellent dewatering efficiency.
Section 7: Electrical Control
Adopts variable frequency speed regulation, adjusting based on the concentration and flow rate of the material to achieve optimal working performance.
