PGT (ZPG, GPT) Disc Vacuum Filter
The mining heavy-duty disk vacuum filter thoroughly absorbs the advantages of similar foreign products. It optimizes and improves the overall stability and structural reliability to address the characteristics of metal mineral high density, rapid sedimentation, and strong impact force on filter pipes by the filtrate containing solid particles. It features sturdy structure, smooth disk operation, powerful automatic variable-speed stirring, reliable shaft-end sealing, abrasion-resistant and durable ceramic filter pipes, high filter fan strength, and large porosity. The filter cloth also boasts high tensile strength, smooth surface, high cake discharge rate, and long service life, ensuring excellent dewatering performance in solid-liquid separation.

One: Filter Fan
To overcome certain deficiencies in the use of existing filter fans, our company has conducted numerous reliability tests tailored to the specificities of the mineral processing industry, finally developing a new type of filter fan that meets market demands.
The surface is smooth, with evenly distributed dehydration holes and a reasonable hole rate. The edges of the filter vanes and ribs are rounded, which not only enhances the dehydration rate but also extends the service life of the filter cloth.
2. The filter fan head features chamfered edges for high strength, and the bottom is reinforced with ribs, making it resistant to damage and breakage during assembly and disassembly.
3. The rib direction forms a reasonable angle with the centerline of the filter blade, resulting in low fluid resistance. The larger effective area of the filter blade enhances the processing capacity of the filter machine.
4. The wall thickness of the filter fan is increased by 1/3 compared to the standard, and so is its weight by 1/3. It's a structurally sound and sturdy filter fan available in the domestic market, with an average lifespan extended by 1.5 to 2 times.
5. Special-structured filter blades, paired with stainless steel bolts, significantly enhance both the corrosion resistance and ease of disassembly of the filter blades.
2. Spindle and Filter Tube:
1. The filter tube (including the shaft end) is made of high-strength wear-resistant ceramic composite steel pipe, with thick walls that are not easily worn, extending the lifespan by two to three times or more.
2. The flange connection at the interface between the filtrate tube and the filter fan has been eliminated, and the mold positioning is used for direct welding instead. This removes the factor of aging gasket pads in the original flange connection, thus eliminating potential gas leakage points.
Each filter blade is secured with a pressure plate, which is fastened at both ends with stainless steel bolts and nuts, making it rust-resistant and easy to replace the filter cloth, significantly reducing labor intensity.
Section 3: Mixing
In response to the unique properties of mineral powder and the common issues of filter machines leaking and mixing systems being unreliable in the current market, our company has adopted the following mixing device to achieve optimal results, receiving widespread positive feedback from customers.
1. Utilize port magnetization anti-leakage technology or spiral sealing – prevent mineral powder from entering the mixing sleeve.
2. Water-tight seal employed.
3. Utilizes a PTFE composite seal.
4. Filled and sealed.
5. The shaft surface is chrome-plated for resistance to rust.
Four: Tank Chassis
1. The tank, serving as a container for the material slurry and a load-bearing support for equipment, plays a crucial role in product stability due to its sturdy and durable structure. Moreover, by adding an alumina polymer wear-resistant coating at the bottom of the tank, the issue of easy wear on the tank is fundamentally addressed.
2. Different materials are selected for the tank bodies depending on the type of material. Available options include carbon steel, stainless steel, carbon steel lined with rubber plates, and anti-corrosion lined tanks.
5. Control Panels, Friction Plates:
Manufactured with specially formulated abrasion-resistant boron phosphide cast iron, lubricated with yellow grease, offering a balance of firmness and flexibility, excellent sealing performance, and a lifespan of over three years.
Six: Lubrication and Cleaning
Utilize centralized multi-point automatic lubrication with a dry oil pump to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
The filter cloth is cleaned using an automatic cleaning device, ensuring continuous operation and cleaning, thus maintaining excellent dewatering efficiency.
Section 7: Electrical Control
Utilizes variable frequency speed control to adjust according to the concentration and flow rate of the material, achieving ideal working performance.
