Hydraulic Hose Features and Applications Overview

Hose sleeves are generally categorized into wire braided hydraulic hoses and wire spiraled hydraulic hoses. They are primarily composed of a liquid-resistant inner rubber layer, a middle rubber layer, a reinforcement layer of 2, 4, or 6 wire spirals, and an outer rubber layer. The inner rubber layer serves to bear pressure on the conveyed medium and protect the wire from corrosion, while the outer rubber layer shields the wire from damage. The wire layer acts as a skeletal material, providing reinforcement.

The hoses are made with special synthetic rubber, offering excellent oil, heat, and aging resistance.

The tube joints are tightly integrated, soft to the touch, and exhibit minimal deformation under pressure.

Hydraulic Hose Applications: Primarily used in mine hydraulic supports and oilfield exploitation, suitable for engineering construction, lifting and transportation, metallurgical forging, mining equipment, ships, injection molding machinery, agricultural machinery, various machine tools, and mechanical and automated hydraulic systems in various industrial sectors. These hoses are designed for conveying fluids under certain pressure (high pressure) and temperature, such as petroleum-based fluids (e.g., mineral oil, soluble oil, hydraulic oil, fuel oil, lubricating oil) and water-based fluids (e.g., emulsion, oil-water emulsion, water), as well as for liquid transmission. Working pressure can reach up to 60MPa.
