Fluidized Bed Airflow Pulverizer

Operating Principle:

Compressed air, after being chilled, filtered, and dried, is then directed through nozzles to form supersonic airflow into the crushing chamber. This causes the material to become fluidized. The accelerated material converges at the intersection of multiple nozzles' jet streams, resulting in intense collisions, friction, and shearing, thereby achieving ultra-fine particle crushing. The crushed material is then transported to the impeller classification area by an upward airflow. Under the influence of the centrifugal force from the classification wheel and the suction force of the fan, coarse and fine powders are separated. The coarse powder returns to the crushing chamber under its own gravity for further crushing, while the qualified fine powder is carried by the airflow into the cyclone collector. Fine dust is collected by a bag dust collector, and the purified gas is exhausted by a blower.
