Handling Instructions

  1. Temperature Control

  • The working temperature for cold water pipes ranges from -40℃ to 60℃, while for hot water pipes, it is from 20℃ to 95℃. Suitable pipe materials should be selected based on the medium temperature.


  • Installation Standards

    • When using cold solvent welding, it is mandatory to use specialized cleaning agents and adhesives, and operate according to the manufacturer's technical procedures.

    • The trench bottom for buried pipelines should be level to prevent sharp objects from damaging the pipes, and backfilling should be done in layers and compacted.

  • Connection Method

    • Select the appropriate connection method based on actual requirements to ensure the sealing and stability of the joints.

  • Regular inspections

    • After long-term use, the appearance and connection areas of the piping should be inspected regularly to promptly identify and address potential issues.
