Full-flow Submersible Pump Product Introduction
1. Main Application
Primarily used for mechanical and electrical drainage, flood prevention, or combined drainage and irrigation projects with low lift and high flow water intake.
2. Technical Features
The full-flow submersible pump unit operates on the principle that the pump impeller is installed within the motor's rotor cavity, forming an integral unit with the rotor. The rotor acts as the outer shell of the pump impeller, converting the non-functional parts of the motor into working components. During operation, water flows through the rotor cavity, maintaining the advantages of cost-effective investment, compact structure, easy installation, low noise, and good heat dissipation for the submersible pump. Due to the direct inflow and outflow of water, the full-flow submersible pump boasts excellent hydraulic performance, smooth flow channels, and high unit efficiency.
(1) Wet Stator Structure
The coil in the wet stator winding structure is manufactured using multi-layer co-melting and co-extrusion winding wire technology, resulting in a water-resistant winding wire that is not afraid of water immersion and does not pose any insulation safety issues due to poor sealing and leakage.
(2) Compact structure with reduced dimensions
Compact in size and structure, the axial dimensions are nearly half that of traditional dry-submerged axial-flow pumps. Lightweight with a 40% reduction in metal consumption, it allows for self-coupled installation. A variety of installation methods suitable for engineering applications can be derived, such as vertical, horizontal, and oblique, simplifying the pump station structure. Ideal for pump stations combining bidirectional irrigation and drainage. Horizontal through-flow is the primary installation method, with options for oblique or vertical installation.
(3) Device Efficiency is Significantly Improved
Water flows through, minimizing the impact of bends and irregular pipes, resulting in uniform flow distribution, smooth flow, minimal local losses, short flow path, and low flow path losses.
