Metal Gasket

Highly elastic internal and external metal-wrapped gaskets can automatically adjust to the pressure, thermal cycles, and vibrations of piping systems, particularly suitable for applications with uneven loads, loose joints, temperature and pressure fluctuations, and where impacts or vibrations occur. They serve as static sealing components for valves, pumps, heat exchangers, towers, manholes, handholes, and more, widely used in the petrochemical, mechanical, power, metallurgical, shipbuilding, and aerospace industries. For ease of installation, the design of flange gaskets includes 2 to 8 positioning bands welded around the gasket circumference, which are clipped onto the flange holes to prevent the gasket from shifting or falling off during installation, thereby saving auxiliary materials and labor time.
