Graphite Metal Gasket

Metal gasket is a widely used sealing gasket, which is a resilient gasket in semi-metallic gaskets. It is made by alternately wrapping V-shaped or W-shaped thin steel strips with various fillers. It can withstand high temperatures, high pressures, and conditions of ultra-low temperatures or vacuum. By changing the material combination of the gasket, it can solve the chemical corrosion problems caused by various media. The structural density can be made according to different clamping force requirements. To strengthen the main body and ensure precise positioning, the wrapped gasket is equipped with a metal inner reinforcing ring and an outer positioning ring. It uses the inner and outer steel rings to control the clamping force, and does not have high surface precision requirements for the sealing surface of the flange contacting the gasket.
