Usage Process:

1The assembly of molds requires the use of bolts that must match the specifications of the accompanying parts. Parts cannot be randomly assembled, and during the mold assembly, an electric wrench should be used to assemble multiple mold pieces together. This ensures that the bolts can annually secure the molds, which can be quite麻烦 for a regular bolt worker.

2.Prior to each production, the bore mold needs to be lubricated. Lubricating refers to applying oil-based materials inside the mold to prevent mud slurry from solidifying directly on the mold surface.

3After pouring the mud slurry, the vibration rod needs to be inserted into the well mold, where it will vibrate the mud to expel bubbles. Once the bubbles are thoroughly removed, the curing process can continue.
