Our manual mobile shelving units are developed and manufactured in accordance with the National Archives Administration's DA/T7-92 industry standard and the GBT13667.3 national standard. They offer advantages such as a small footprint, high space utilization, and large storage capacity, making them easy to manage centrally. They are more suitable for archives, schools, and large and medium-sized enterprises to store documents and financial vouchers. Compared to traditional filing cabinets, they have the following advantages:

Structural Advantages:

1. Side racks are typically double-sided mobile racks, housing door panels, or can be single-sided mobile racks with wall panels on the outside.

2. The transmission mechanism utilizes precision roller chains and bearings, ensuring smooth and flexible operation with minimal effort. The lever can automatically disengage, and the handle is foldable to avoid obstructions. Optional: wheel-type lever handle.

3. The track sets come in two forms: ground-mounted and embedded.

4. The side shelves are equipped with locks for the overall locking of the unit.

5. The base frame set is a segmented assembly with high machining accuracy and inter-changeable mating, offering a wide range of model sizes for easy transportation and installation.

6. The nominal load of each shelf level is 40kg on one side and 90kg on both sides. For increased capacity, a special design can be provided; please specify the load requirements in the same context.

【Safety Advantages】

Central Lock: The central lock can secure the entire system.

2. Safety Lock: Each push cart is equipped with a safety passage lock to prevent users from being accidentally trapped between carts.

3. Collision Absorbers: Each row of pushcart frame is equipped with 25mm x φ35mm collision absorbers to minimize noise and reduce impact force during pushcart accumulation.

Human-Centric Design

Dustproof Lid: Each cabinet top is equipped with a dust-proof device to prevent dust from falling inside.

2. Anti-Rotation Device: Each cabinet top and bottom frame is equipped with an anti-rotation device, and each movable single-sided cabinet top is fitted with an anti-rotation device.

3. Labeling Equipment: Extra-large labeling equipment features clear and convenient indicators for easy document classification.

【Spraying Technique】

Cold-rolled steel plate is used for die-forming, with a surface treated through ten pre-processes including degreasing, rust removal, and phosphatizing. The finish is a matte electrostatic powder coating in international popular colors, formed through high-temperature plasticization, offering excellent rust prevention. The base is fully welded and assembled, the frame features a double-column insertion structure, each level consists of a single solid shelf, separated by hanging plates between sections. The side panels are made using a new concave-convex technology, with color options available to the customer.
