Physical Evidence Safe Cabinet

Our manually operated compact filing cabinets are developed and produced in accordance with the National Archives Administration's industry standard DA/T7-92 and the GB/T13667.3 national standard. They offer the advantages of a small footprint, high space utilization, and large storage capacity, making them easy to manage centrally. They are more suitable for archives, schools, and medium to large enterprises to store documents, financial vouchers, etc. Compared to traditional filing cabinets, they have the following benefits:

Structural Advantages:

1. The side racks are typically double-sided mobile racks for door panels, and can also be single-sided mobile racks, with the exterior featuring wall panels.

2. The transmission mechanism employs precision roller chains and bearings, ensuring smooth and flexible operation with light pulling force. The lever can be automatically engaged and disengaged, and the handle is foldable to avoid obstacles in passage. Optional: wheel-type lever handle.

3. The track set comes in two types: ground-mounted and embedded.

4. The side racks are equipped with locks for the overall locking of the set.

5. The base frame set is a segmented assembly, featuring high precision, interoperability for mating, a wide range of model sizes, and is convenient for transportation and installation.

6. The nominal load for each shelf panel is 40kg on one side and 90kg on both sides. For increased capacity, a special design can be provided; please specify the load requirements in the same specification.

Central Lock: The central lock can secure the entire system.

2. Safety Lock: Each row of trolleys is equipped with a safety passage lock to prevent users from being accidentally trapped between trolleys.

3. Anti-collision Rubber: Each row of trolley frame is equipped with 25mm x φ35mm anti-collision rubber to prevent noise during trolley aggregation and reduce impact force.

Dustproof Lid: Each cabinet comes with a dustproof cover to prevent dust from entering the interior.

2. Anti-Rotation Device: Each cabinet top and bottom frame is equipped with an anti-rotation device, and each movable single-sided cabinet top is fitted with an anti-rotation device.

3. Labeling Equipment: Extra-large labeling equipment for clear and convenient document sorting.

【Spraying Technique】

Cold-rolled steel plate is used for die forming, with the surface processed through ten pre-treatment steps including degreasing, rust removal, and phosphatizing. The finish is achieved with a matte electrostatic powder coating in international popular colors and high-temperature plasticization, offering excellent corrosion resistance. The base is welded and assembled as a whole, featuring a double-column insertion structure. Each layer consists of a solid shelf, separated by hanging plates between sections. The side panels are crafted using a new concave-convex technique, with color options available to the customer.
