The bottom plate filing cabinet is a development based on the principle of file密集 cabinets for storing technical drawings; it ensures secure storage, centralized management, fire prevention, moisture resistance, rodent-proof, and theft-proof for the drawings. This product features drawers with specially designed tracks, allowing for flat and undamaged storage of the drawings. Generally, drawers are made for only the 0-series and 1-series bottom plates according to standard drawing specifications, thereby typically distinguishing between the 0-series bottom plate cabinet and the 1-series bottom plate cabinet.
The mobile racks are composed of a base, tracks, uprights, roller, drawers, back panel, top panel, dust and shock-reducing sealing devices, and transmission mechanisms, forming a mobile line. Then, these mobile lines are arranged into a square formation using the tracks. Each mobile line is equipped with a braking device on the side panel, which is easy to open and close and offers a high safety factor. Sealing strips are installed between the mobile lines, and dust-proof plates are placed on top, ensuring no gaps when closed, meeting the requirements for dust-proofing, rodent-proofing, moisture-proofing, and fireproofing. All components of the filing cabinets are made from cold-rolled steel plates produced by Shanghai Baogang, which undergo cutting, blanking, stamping, cornering, bending, welding, surface phosphatization treatment, and high-voltage electrostatic spraying. Parts such as hanging plates, base supports, and door panels are formed in one go using large molds on a 200T hydraulic press, ensuring high precision and good interchangeability. The critical bearing supports in the base are formed in one go on a hydraulic press using molds. To increase the load-bearing capacity, the bearing supports are made into a square U-shaped design with double ears. The connection method between the shaft, connecting steel pipe, and iron wheel is a cylindrical pin with a machining hole. The steel pipe is seamless with a wall thickness of 3mm to avoid using spring pins, which can deform and fail, losing elasticity and causing the spring to easily fall off, potentially leading to separation of the shaft tube or wheel, and making transmission system failures more likely. During operation, before entering the space between two adjacent racks, the operator must first lock the two racks using the self-locking handle to prevent accidental movement of the racks and potential injury to personnel.
