Rack-mounted dense storage cabinet

Our manually-operated mobile storage cabinets are developed and produced in accordance with the national archives administration's industry standard DA/T7-92 and the national standard GBT13667.3. They offer small footprint, high space utilization, and large storage capacity, making them convenient for centralized management. These cabinets are more suitable for archives, financial documents, and other materials in government agencies, schools, and medium to large enterprises. Compared to traditional file cabinets, they have the following advantages:

Structural Advantages:

1. Side racks are typically double-sided movable racks, used for door panels, or can be single-sided, with wall panels on the outside.

2. The transmission mechanism uses precision roller chains and bearings, ensuring smooth and flexible operation with minimal effort. The lever can be automatically disengaged, and the handle is foldable to avoid obstacles in passage. An optional wheel-type lever is also available.

3. The track set comes in two forms: ground-mounted and embedded.

4. The side racks are equipped with locks for securing the entire unit.

5. The base frame set is segmented and assembled, featuring high processing accuracy, inter-changeable mating, a wide range of model sizes, and ease of transportation and installation.

6. The nominal load per shelf level is 40kg on one side and 90kg on both sides. For increased capacity, a special design is available; please specify the load requirements in the same document.

Central Lock: The central lock can secure the entire system.

2. Safety Lock: Each push cart is equipped with a safety passage lock to prevent users from being accidentally trapped between carts.

3. Anti-collision Foam: Each row of trolley frame is equipped with 25mm x φ35mm anti-collision foam to prevent noise during trolley aggregation and reduce impact force.

Dustproof Lid: Each cabinet comes equipped with a dustproof cover to prevent dust from falling inside.

2. Anti-Rotation Device: Each cabinet top and bottom frame is equipped with an anti-rotation device, with a device installed on each movable single-sided cabinet top.

3. Labeling Equipment: Extra-large labeling equipment for clear and convenient document classification.

【Spraying Technology】

Cold rolled steel plate is used for stamping, with a surface treated through ten pre-processes including degreasing, rust removal, and phosphatizing. The finish is a matte electrostatic powder coating in international popular colors, formed through high-temperature plasticization, offering excellent rust prevention. The base is welded and assembled as a whole, the frame features a double-column insertion structure, each level consists of a single shelf, sections are separated by hanging plates, and the side panels are made using a new concave-convex technology, with color options available to the customer.
