The MSQ23S/MSQ23P fully complies with the requirements of EN285 regulations, featuring an integrated EN285 calculation formula to eliminate the need for tedious manual operations and computation processes.

No power supply or external cooling water required

The MSQ23 series instruments utilize air-cooled pure steam, do not require external cooling water, come with a standard lithium battery pack, and can be used continuously for 12 hours, enhancing the applicability and scope of the instrument.

Portable and mobile

The MSQ23 series instruments feature a split-body design with casters for easy transfer between different locations.

Data Storage and Output

MSQ23 series instruments provide automatic calculations of test results and can store millions of data records. The built-in non-thermal printer allows for direct printing, and PDF reports can also be directly exported via USB port.

Compliance Software

The MSQ23 series instruments are configured with three-tier user permissions, featuring configuration audit tracking and operational log, and come with alarm functionality.

Rapid Testing

The MSQ23E operates in rapid detection mode, completing quick tests for dryness, non-condensable gas, and superheat within 5 to 6 minutes.

The MSQ23S utilizes the EN285 testing mode, completing rapid detection of dryness, non-condensable gas, and superheat within 20 minutes.

The MSQ23P is compatible with rapid detection and EN285 detection modes, allowing you to select the appropriate mode based on the steam quality conditions.
