The unit is a full-air system, capable of being installed on the roof or outdoor space as a whole unit, eliminating the need for a machine room, saving building space and construction costs. The unit does not require a cooling or chilled water system, thereby saving investment in auxiliary equipment such as cooling towers, pumps, and pipelines, reducing the overall construction cost. For installation, simply connect a few control lines and power lines, as well as supply and return air ducts, and the unit can be operational, saving both time and costs in construction.

The unit employs an efficient direct expansion refrigeration cycle system with refrigerant and air directly exchanging heat, eliminating the intermediate step of indirect heat exchange through a chilled water system, thus reducing losses.
