Vibration Dewatering Screen

The dewatering sieve utilizes dual electrode self-synchronization technology, a universal eccentric block, and adjustable amplitude vibration motor. It is mainly composed of a sieve box, an exciter, a support system, and a motor. The two independently connected vibration motors are driven synchronously in reverse by separate belts, with the centrifugal forces of the two groups of eccentric masses superimposed along the vibration direction and mutually canceled out in the opposite direction, thereby forming a single vibration along the vibration direction, causing the sieve box to perform reciprocating linear motion.
