Direct Feeding Machine

Utilizing a high-strength bull dozer die-cast chain with a pitch of 228.6mm (9 inches) as the traction element, two chains are wrapped around a pair of drive sprockets mounted at the machine's head and a pair of tension wheels at the tail, forming a closed loop. Each link of the two rows of chains is equipped with overlapping, heavy-duty conveying grooves, creating a continuous conveying line capable of transporting materials. The weight of the machine and the material is supported by multi-row support wheels, chain guide wheels, and guide beams mounted on the body. The transmission system is connected to the reducer through an AC variable-frequency speed control motor, which is then directly driven by a spline sleeve to the conveying mechanism for low-speed operation. The material unloaded from the rear hopper is conveyed along the conveying line to the front of the machine body, achieving the purpose of continuously and uniformly feeding the work mechanism below.
