Roller Mill

Principle of operation for roller mill:

Adjustment of discharge particle size: Between the two roller wheels, there is a wedge or washer adjustment device. The top of the wedge device is equipped with an adjusting bolt. When the adjusting bolt pulls the wedge up, the wedge pushes the movable roller wheel away from the fixed wheel, thereby increasing the gap between the two roller wheels and enlarging the discharge particle size. When the wedge is pushed down, under the action of the compression spring, the gap between the two wheels decreases, resulting in a smaller discharge particle size. The washer device adjusts the size of the discharge particle size by increasing or decreasing the number or thickness of the washers. When more washers are added, the gap between the two roller wheels increases, and when fewer washers are used, the gap between the two roller wheels decreases, leading to a smaller discharge particle size.
