PL-KT300D Adjustable Monochromatic Light Source

The PL-KT300D adjustable monochromatic light source system utilizes a 300W xenon light source, paired with a multi-grating scanning monochromator (available in manual and automatic models), combined with accessories such as a filter wheel, to create an adjustable monochromatic light source system. The xenon light source, a full-spectrum light, is used with a continuous monochromator for scientific research, and a series of adjustable xenon light sources with various wavelengths have been developed to match multiple monochromators, achieving continuous wavelength adjustment. This system is applied in various fields such as material characterization, photovoltaic testing, electrochemical analysis, photocatalysis, and IPCE testing experiments.
PL-KT300D Adjustable Monochromatic Light Source System Technical Features:
1) Good light source stability, exceeding 1%.
High integration, monochromator and light source system integrated on a single optical plate, stable optical path and easy to transport.
3) The optical path has been optimized to achieve a high light output efficiency of 50 mW/cm².
4) Continuous adjustable optical bandwidth, 0.1~20nm.
5) The monochromator software allows for adjustable wavelengths and delay settings, with a USB 2.0 computer interface.
6) Asymmetric horizontal Czerny-Turner optical path, aberration-free design to enhance spectral line symmetry and optical resolution; dispersion-free design for effective suppression of stray light.
7) The automatic model can flexibly configure multiple gratings to meet specific requirements; equipped with RS232 and USB interfaces, it allows for full automatic wide-spectrum testing by controlling grating conversion, filter replacement, and wavelength scanning via computer.
8) The entry port is compatible with various light sources from our company, and can be equipped with fiber optic interfaces for export.
9) Precision worm and worm gear transmission with high accuracy and repeatability, low noise, and long service life.
10) Unique slit design with automatic blade protection, symmetrical width adjustment for long-lasting performance.
11) Equipped with a dedicated nitrogen inflation port for use in the wavelength range where there are atmospheric absorption spectra in the ultraviolet and near-infrared regions.
12) The optical room and the mechanical transmission room are strictly separated to prevent scattered light from the latter and the slight evaporation of lubricating oil from contaminating optical components.
13) The monochromator body is a single casting structure, ensuring the stability of the optical system.
