 With the rapid development of industry, many cities have established factories. Billboard Appearance Inspection

On-site inspection revealed peeling paint and rust on the billboard steel columns, with some missing nuts and loose nuts on the anchor bolts. The truss members of the billboard also showed severe paint peeling and rust, while the rest of the components were in good condition with no obvious damage found.

1. Axle grid dimensions and component geometric dimensions verification

On-site, the billboard's axis network dimensions and component geometries are sampled and reviewed using steel measuring tapes and vernier calipers. The test results indicate that the deviations of the billboard's axis network dimensions are within the permissible range as specified by the standard, meeting the design requirements.

The table shows that, except for the steel column wall thickness deviation exceeding the specifications, the geometric dimensions of the rest of the billboard components basically meet the design requirements.

Billboard Tilt Detection

Using a total station, measurements were taken according to the relevant regulations for the point placement method in deformation measurement. The results indicate that the billboard steel column has shifted northward by 18mm with a tilt rate of 0.86‰, and eastward by 26mm with a tilt rate of 1.24‰. Although the steel column is slightly tilted, it does not exceed the allowable limit of 4‰ as specified by the standards, meeting the usage requirements.
