Why is the electric revolving door spinning continuously?

Check the door sensor.

A revolving door may generate a signal each time it rotates, as the door detects a sensor, triggering a rotating command signal. If a signal is produced each rotation, the door will continue to rotate indefinitely. Solution: Adjust the sensitivity of the sensor, as all sensors have a sensitivity adjustment knob. Decrease the sensitivity and adjust the sensor angle, ensuring the sensor faces outward.

2. If there are no issues mentioned above, inspect the slip ring.

If it's a large revolving door, there will be a transmission slip ring. The slip ring is a conductive component in motion, which may also generate a false signal during rotation. You need to observe the PLC's input port to determine. Solution: Check if there's a spare wire for the slip ring, usually there is; replace that wire, which can be quite麻烦.
