The KGX series high-temperature circulation heater is a self-developed and designed high-temperature heating source by our company, suitable for jacketed reactors, chemical pilot plant reactions, high-temperature distillation, semiconductor industry, etc. The KGX series high-temperature circulation heater fills the gaps in domestic products and is significantly more affordable than imported alternatives, making it an ideal choice.

Technical Features:

♦ Dual-purpose for water and oil: Can be set at any temperature from room temperature to 300℃ (medium: pure water or methyl silicone oil).

♦ External circulation function: High-temperature-resistant centrifugal jet circulation pump can extract the liquid in the tank to establish a constant temperature field, control the external experimental container, with a head of 5 meters.

♦ Temperature Control Function: Equipped with an integrated new-generation PID automatic temperature control program, featuring a large, high-contrast LCD screen with dual-language (Chinese and English) display. The digital resolution is 0.01°C, ensuring stable equipment operation.

♦ Capacity Range: 5L, 10L, 15L, 20L, 30L, 50L, 100L; also available for customized designs to meet customer requirements.

♦ Internal circulation function: Utilizes a heat-free centrifugal circulation pump to avoid the impact of heat generated by traditional pumps on the bath's thermal field. The internal circulation system is designed based on the porous U-shaped return circulation principle, achieving turbulent and highly uniform flow fields and temperature fields within the bath.

♦ The body shell is coated with anti-aging electrostatic spray painting technology, while the inner lining and countertop are made of S304 brushed stainless steel.

♦ Precision-machined front panel and countertop with unique, humanized R-radius design structure to prevent operators from accidentally getting hurt by sharp edges.

3. Optional RS232 or RS485 communication interface for easy connection to a host computer, featuring Modbus RTU communication protocol.


4. Optional magnetic stirrer system available for installation, allowing direct magnetic stirring of liquid samples placed in the temperature-controlled chamber of glass beakers, without the need for an external vertical stirrer, reducing cumbersome operations.


5. Optional internal cooling tubes within the groove for rapid cooling and control of the system's heat dissipation.


6. Optional adjustable immersion loading platform with easy height adjustment for the liquid level of immersed samples.
