Low-temperature constant-temperature water baths are widely used in research departments such as petrochemical, chemical, electronic instruments, physics, chemistry, biochemical engineering, medical health, life sciences, light industry, food material testing, and chemical analysis. They are also utilized in colleges and universities, enterprise quality inspection and production departments. These baths provide a controlled, uniform, and constant temperature environment for users to conduct constant temperature experiments or tests on experimental samples or products. They can also serve as heat or cold sources for direct heating or refrigeration, as well as auxiliary heating or refrigeration.

Control System:

♦ Large-screen LCD display, digital resolution of 0.01°C. Equipped with a drainage valve, optional with casters as per customer request.

♦ Temperature control technology for specialized software development, equipped with high-performance temperature sensors and all imported electronic components.

♦ The software system facilitates the correction of the discrepancy between displayed and actual temperatures, with a temperature correction resolution as high as 0.01°C, ensuring the displayed temperature values are accurate and error-free.

♦ Over-temperature protection with alarm sound, adjustable over-temperature alarm temperature; automatically disconnects the load when over-temperature occurs.

♦ The intelligent software boasts strong temperature stability and can automatically adjust and optimize parameters based on different mediums. Special users can manually re-adjust the parameters.

♦ Utilize software digital lock control systems to set values, preventing unauthorized personnel from making incorrect operations and ensuring the accuracy of experimental process data.

♦ Optional RS232 or RS485 communication interfaces for long-distance data transmission control.

♦ Accurate temperature control for rapid and stable temperature stabilization within the work槽. Press the "Power" button to turn off all instrument functions.

Refrigeration System:

Recirculation System:

♦ Advanced internal and external circulation systems, the internal circulation ensures uniform and stable temperature, while the external circulation pump outputs a constant-temperature liquid flow of 6L/min or 13L/min to establish an external constant-temperature field, and can also serve as a cooling source to cool down external experimental containers.

Material: Interior and Exterior

♦ The inner lining and countertop are made of full stainless steel, while the housing is cold-rolled steel with plastic coating, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, beauty, and corrosion resistance.
