Our glove box's factory standard leakage rate is <0.005 VOL%/H. According to testing by a national authority: the actual leakage rate of the standard glove box is <0.001 VOL%/H (under ±800Pa pressure conditions), significantly lower than the internationally accepted standard of <0.05 VOL%/H. The system employs an oxygen method with automatic leakage detection functionality.
After assembly, the glove box full system undergoes three inspection procedures:

The nine-door glove box's recycling purification system utilizes an innovative purification material reclamation patent technology. This patent technology can regenerate 8-10 kg of oxygen scavenger from a single gas cylinder, allowing our company's oxygen scavenger filling capacity to reach 8 kg. The corresponding water scavenger filling capacity can also reach 16 kg. The core patent technology of our company's purification material reclamation has the following advantages:
● The glove box significantly enhances the recovery rate of purification materials, with the recovery rate of oxygen scavengers exceeding 80%.
The glove box's steel cylinder can regenerate and re-activate 8-10 kg of oxygen scavenger (the amount of oxygen scavenger filled depends on the quantity that the steel cylinder can regenerate, if it can only regenerate 4 kg, the additional filled oxygen scavenger is ineffective, hence competitors typically fill around 5 kg). The corresponding desiccant filling is 16 kg (the desiccant filling is determined by the effective oxygen scavenger filling, with our company's desiccant to oxygen scavenger ratio at 2:1). Therefore, the oxygen and water removal capacities are greater.
Our glove box purification material features a longer regeneration cycle, which can reach over 12 months under normal usage conditions. This cycle is determined by four factors in normal operation: a) the leakage rate of the glove box; b) the oxygen and water removal capacity of the purification material; c) the material characteristics during user operation; and d) user habits. This extended cycle is due to our glove box products' ultra-low leakage rate and strong oxygen and water removal capabilities.
The glove box significantly reduces the cost of glove box usage (saves on reductive gas), time, and maintenance costs.
The glove box significantly extends the lifespan of purification materials. Under normal usage, the oxygen scavengers and desiccants within our glove box do not require replacement. In normal operating conditions, the reduction and regeneration life of the oxygen scavenger exceeds 20 cycles. Our purification materials have a regeneration interval of up to one year or 12 months. Therefore, the replacement cycle for our purification materials is over 15 years, while the glove box has an average lifespan of around 15 years. This means that under normal usage, the glove box does not necessitate the replacement of oxygen scavengers or desiccants.
