Glove Box Function Principle

The working gas inside the glove box chamber circulates between the chamber and the purification column (water-oxygen adsorber) under the control and monitoring of the PLC, through pipes and circulating fans, etc. As the working gas circulates through the purification column, the contained moisture and oxygen are adsorbed, and then it returns to the chamber. With the progression of the circulation time, the water-oxygen content in the working gas within the chamber gradually decreases, achieving a level below 1ppm. After a certain period of circulation, the purification column becomes saturated and can be regenerated for reuse.

       For most people, the term "vacuum box" is undoubtedly unfamiliar. Let alone its working principle, many may not even know what it is used for. Nonetheless, we're here to introduce it to you, hoping it proves helpful:

The vacuum oven operates based on the principle that water boils at a lower temperature under reduced pressure, and is used for low-temperature drying of materials that are prone to decomposition, aggregation, and thermal sensitivity at high temperatures. It facilitates the rapid vaporization and removal of moisture from the dried material, achieving the drying goal. Compared to more common drying methods, it boasts faster drying speed, less contamination, and does not damage the inherent properties of the dried items. Consequently, this drying oven is widely employed in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, light industry, chemicals, electronics, aerospace, railroads, and more.
