Equipment Description:

Cook rice using steam as the heat source. After the rice grains are fully soaked, they are subjected to strong steam heating. Through the soaking-steaming-heat soaking-re-steaming process, each grain of rice is fully expanded and gelatinized, resulting in round and lustrous rice with a fragrant and chewy texture.

2. The equipment comes in six models: ASC-100-C, Model 300, Model 500, Model 600, Model 800, and Model 1000 (i.e., processing 1,000 kg of raw rice per hour; other models follow suit), with a rice yield of 1:2.3 jin.

3. Japanese equipment, fully computerized, featuring automated and standardized continuous production. Suitable for: frozen rice processing factories, mixed rice production facilities, sushi processing centers, various catering centers, etc.
