Drawer shelves refer to shelves where the mold is placed on the shelf boards, which can be pushed and pulled out like a drawer. Mainly used for storing various molds, the top can be equipped with a hand winch and a horizontal moving trolley for easy lifting of the molds, with the drawer shelf able to be pulled out 2/3 of the way. The drawer shelf is mainly composed of sliding tracks and shelf boards, which are made up of a load-bearing frame and steel plate. Each sliding track is fixed by two bearings at the front, back, and top and bottom, allowing it to roll freely in the guide slot with minimal resistance, making it easy to pull out the drawer with one hand, reducing labor intensity. The self-locking mechanism is composed of a positioning spring and pin shaft, ensuring that the drawer cannot be moved once it is in place, without affecting the drawer's operation within the travel range.
