To enhance warehouse and shelf management, standardize the process of warehouse in and out procedures.

Inventory In and Out Procedures

Materials should be recorded on the inventory in and out forms promptly, noting the date, person in charge, approver, source and purpose, material name, specifications, quantity, unit price, and total amount. If discrepancies occur, investigate the cause immediately and report to the supervisor or relevant department for handling.

Ensure meticulous verification of purchase orders upon arrival, matching the variety, quantity, and specifications with the goods. Quality is inspected by relevant personnel, and upon confirmation, the goods are processed for inventory.

There are two methods for material dispatch.

Materials are released based on the signed confirmation of the "Engineering Material Requisition Form."

For occasional use for experiments or maintenance, an inventory release form must be filled out.

Step 4: Production inventory returns to stock handling, process return-to-stock procedures, and note the respective department or contract document.

All semi-finished and finished products must undergo inspection for quality and be labeled with a product approval mark.

Finished products must be picked up by the project leader according to the "Engineering Material Requisition Form."

Item Storage

The warehouse categorically divides shelves for storing materials.

Valuable materials are to be stored separately, with keys kept by the designated person in charge and should not be lent out carelessly.

Small items, in limited quantities, should be stored logically for easy retrieval.

Combine irregular inventory checks with regular ones to ensure consistency between accounts and physical inventory.

Tool Lending

1. All parts and tools borrowed for repairs and construction must be signed for by the person in charge and registered. Those with special management requirements must also be signed off by an approver. Return items should be inspected for usage condition. Pending parts returned for repair should be stored separately. Notify relevant departments promptly for inspection and repair, or contact the supplier for returns. Any damage or loss of parts and tools due to personal responsibility should be reported to the supervisor for handling.

Four, warehouse safety and sanitation requirements.

1. Smoking is prohibited in the storage area. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene, and ensure proper ventilation.

2. Unauthorized personnel are prohibited from entering without consent.

Employees handling inventory in and out of storage must handle items with a responsible attitude, gently and carefully. Those found to intentionally throw or smash items should report to the supervisor, and penalties such as warnings or fines will be imposed based on the severity of the situation.

4. Equipment usage in the storage area, such as shelves, must adhere to operational standards. The guardian has a responsibility to stop or warn against those who do not take proper care of public property.

Employees: Please be aware of operational procedures when the custodian is away. Custodians are responsible for stopping or warning against those who do not take care of official duties.

6. Attendants, please be mindful of the warehouse safety when you are out. Ensure to close the windows and lights, and turn off the power before leaving work.
