Produced and developed by RooKo Inc., during the powder production, manufacturing, and processing, operations such as storage and conveying of powder materials are required. Powder bridging is a common issue in production, directly affecting the flow properties of the powder.
This unit utilizes a fixed feed hopper with different outlet orifice-sized funnels to address the poor flowability of various powders due to their inherent physical properties, which prevents them from flowing.
Common factors affecting powder flowability include: particle shape, size, surface condition, density, and porosity.

II. Function Description:
FT-202 Series Economy Powder Flowability Tester, Multi-functional
Evaluate powder flowability through data such as rest angle, mass flow rate, volume flow rate, apparent density, loose bulk ratio, volume density, bulk density, and loose density; use funnels with multiple interchangeable outlet orifice sizes; select the outlet orifice size based on the powder flowability test results; equipped with an outlet control baffle and stopwatch timing function; comes with a standard stainless steel graduated cylinder and fixed disc angle testing method. This product is a comprehensive measurement platform for powder flowability testing.
