Wiring Terminal Description

1. Alarm Terminals: Terminal 1 (ALARM) and 8 (ALARM) are the normally open terminals for the alarm relay of out-of-tolerance.

2. Communication Terminals: 2 (RS485+) and 9 (RS485-) communication terminals. The diameter gauge's communication cable can be connected to this port, and communication can also be linked from these terminals to the PLC and computer's RS-485 communication port.

3. Manual mode input terminals: 3 (SWITCH+) and 10 (SWITCH-), optional features. Press the button in measurement mode.←”Toggle Auto/Manual Mode

4. Motor Speed Control Terminals: 4 (MOTOR+) and 11 (MOTOR-), outputting DC 0~24V voltage, capable of connecting to workpiece rotating DC speed control motors.

5. Communication Expansion Terminals: 5 (EXP.RS485+) and 12 (EXP.RS485-) are for communication with external devices, optional features.

6. Analog Output Terminals: Terminals 6 (AOUT), 7 (500Ω), and 13 (AGND) are analog output terminals; this product does not have this feature.

7. Ground Terminal: Terminal 14 is the ground terminal.
