It serves as a measurement standard for inspecting machine parts' flatness, straightness, and other dimensional tolerances, and can also be used for part marking, grinding, and equipment installation purposes. What should be noted when using the marking platform?

When placing parts on the underlined platform, handle them gently to prevent the surface from being damaged. In case the flat surface is struck by a part or another object, the affected area should be repaired promptly.

Absolutely no hammering work is to be performed on the surface of the underlined platform.

3. After using the tablet, it should be wiped clean. If it will not be used for an extended period, apply rust-proof oil to prevent corrosion.

4. Ensure even application of the strikethrough across the platform to avoid localized indentation.

5. Regularly keep the tablet clean to prevent the platform surface from being damaged by iron filings, sand, and other impurities.

6. To prevent harmful deformation on the marked platform, support it at the main pivot point during loading. When supporting, try to adjust the working surface of the platform to be within the horizontal plane.

7. To prevent deformation of the platform, the workpiece must be lifted off after inspection or marking is complete; it should not be left on the platform for extended periods.

8. After use, clean the tablet's working surface promptly and apply a layer of rust preventative oil. If it will be unused for an extended period, apply a layer of butter and cover with a sheet of white paper.

9. A custom cover made of durable wood, which is used to enclose the platform when not in use. Absolutely no water drops are allowed on the platform.

10. Tablets will undergo periodic calibration, with the calibration cycle to be determined based on specific usage, generally once a year.

11. During the use of the cast iron layout platform, be cautious not to use or store it in damp, corrosive, excessively high or low temperature environments.
