GL II Heat Sink


The GLⅡ radiator is an air heat exchanger in steel with dual circuits (two rows) or multi-circuits (four rows). The finned tubes are made from Φ18×2MM seamless steel pipes wrapped with 10×0.3MM corrugated steel strips, forming a spiral shape. The fin spacing is 3.2MM, available in various surface tube counts, tube lengths, and row numbers to create multiple specifications. The in and out water pipes are located on the same side, and the working heat source is steam or hot water, while the cold source is cool water or saltwater. It can be used as an air heater or air cooler, making it an economical, durable, and versatile radiator.

GLⅡ Type Coding Method:

Model - Row Count - Number of Surface Tubes - Surface Tube Length (inches) For a 4-row configuration, with 10 surface tubes and a tube length of 42 inches, it is designated as GLⅡ-4-10-42.


2. UⅡ radiator


The UⅡ radiator is a finned tube that is suitable for both steam heating systems and hot water heating systems. Its inlets and outlets are on the same side, and the inlets and outlets are connected using U-shaped elbows. This design accommodates certain special installation requirements, such as the requirement that one end of the finned tube must be against a wall or another obstacle.


3. SRZ Type Radiators (Stainless Steel Radiators)


The SRZ type radiator is an air heater suitable for both steam and hot water systems for heating air, primarily used for air heating in forced-air heating, air conditioning systems, and drying equipment. It is a key component in hot air systems and is applied in heating, ventilation systems of various large buildings in current industrial and mining enterprises.


4. SRL Type Radiator


The SRL series radiators come in 37 different specifications, constructed with steel pipes and aluminum fin tube bundles. Therefore, the aluminum fins are in close contact with the steel pipes, offering excellent heat dissipation performance and reliable operation.

The SRL type radiator uses steam or superheated water as the heat medium, with steam pressure up to 0.8MPA and superheated water temperature of 160°C. It is suitable for air heating in air conditioning systems and drying rooms.


5. SZL (A) Type Heat Exchanger


The SZL(A) type heat exchanger comes in 37 specifications. It is constructed with seamless steel tubes Φ21×2.0MM, aluminum finned tube outer diameter Φ44MM, stem Φ21MM, and fin spacing 2.8MM. The aluminum rolled fins are tightly in contact with the steel tube, offering excellent heat dissipation, reliability, corrosion resistance, smoothness, and aesthetics.


6. SZL (B) Type Heat Exchanger


The SZL (B) type heat exchanger is another type of air-to-air heat exchanger offered by our company. It is constructed with a seamless steel pipe Φ25×2.5MM as the base tube, featuring aluminum finned tube with an outer diameter of Φ57MM and a root diameter of Φ26.5MM, with fin spacing of 2.8MM. It boasts excellent heat dissipation performance, reliability, corrosion resistance, smoothness, and aesthetics. It is used in industries such as dairy, beer, food, starch, chemicals, papermaking, machinery, air conditioning, and dyeing and printing.


7. BGL Type Stainless Steel Radiator Tube


The 1CR18NI9TI (Stainless Steel) air heat exchanger is an improved design to replace the original steel GLⅡ type finned tube heat exchangers, addressing their defects such as corrosion resistance, cleanliness, susceptibility to rust, and short lifespan. This steam type heat exchanger product can replace other copper and steel finned tube heat exchangers, with the external dimensions matching those of the steel GLⅡ.


8. FUL Floating Head Oil Heating and Cooling Radiator


The FUL type radiator is a heat exchange unit that utilizes professionally engineered steel-aluminum composite finned tubes and a floating head structure to compensate for thermal stresses. Therefore, it is an ideal choice for air heating and heat exchange units that use thermal oil (also known as organic heat carrier or heat medium) as the heat transfer medium. In recent years, this radiator has been applied in industries such as textiles, dyeing and printing, rubber, leather making, wood processing, and coating and baking paint, achieving good results.

The steel-aluminum composite finned tube manufacturing process is excellent, as it is rolled on a special machine, combining steel and aluminum tubes tightly. It boasts advantages such as low thermal resistance, good heat transfer performance, high strength, minimal flow loss, strong corrosion resistance, and a long service life.
