Fermentation Vessel

Product Overview

Our designed fermentation tanks are of standard design, featuring jacketed construction for nominal volumes under 6 cubic meters. The cooling or heating of fermentation gases is accomplished through the jacket. For nominal volumes above 6 cubic meters, the cooling of fermentation gases is handled by vertical pipes, and we have made improvements in the pipe connections within the tank. This design primarily avoids unnecessary openings and dead corners on the tank body, delivering satisfactory results in actual operation.

Fermentation equipment vessels are divided into two main categories: one is the conical type for anaerobic fermentation (such as alcohol fermentation), and the other is the tank type for aerobic fermentation (such as standard, Wu, self-priming, etc.). The standard type tank is particularly widely used in this category. When designing fermentation equipment of various specifications, ensure a tight design structure with sufficient strength and service life. Aim for minimal internal accessories, a smooth surface, and good gas-liquid contact and mixing performance to facilitate effective mass transfer and gas exchange. Ensure an adequate heat exchange area to maintain fermentation at an appropriate temperature. Pay attention to the equipment's sealing performance to ensure sterilization operations.
