Product Overview
Screw blade film evaporators are a type of evaporation and distillation equipment that utilize high-speed rotation to distribute liquids into a uniform film for evaporation or distillation. They can also be used for deodorization, degassing reactions, as well as heating and cooling unit operations, and are suitable for industries such as food, light industry, petrochemicals, and chemical engineering.
Performance and Features
This equipment features a centrifugal sliding groove rotor, which can form a film even at low flow rates. The adhered sediments on the inner wall surface of the drum's evaporation section can be quickly removed by an adjustable scraper. Compared to a scraper evaporator with fixed gaps, the evaporation capacity can be increased by 40-69%. It possesses the following performance and features:
1. High thermal conductivity value, large evaporation capacity, with evaporation intensity up to 200KG/M2·HR, and high thermal efficiency.
2. Short material heating time, approximately 5 to 10 seconds, and operates under vacuum, beneficial for heat-sensitive materials, ensuring no decomposition of various components and maintaining product quality.
3. Widely adaptable to viscosity changes, capable of handling both high and low viscosity materials. Material viscosity can reach up to 100,000 centipoise (CP).
4. Changing the scraper groove rotation direction can adjust the material residence time in the evaporator.
5. The inner wall of the evaporator section tube has been precision bored and polished, making the surface less prone to scaling and fouling.
6. User-friendly operation, easy to adjust product specifications. Under sealed conditions, it can automatically control continuous production.
7. The equipment occupies a small footprint, features a simple structure, is easy to maintain, and clean.
