Ethanol Distillation Tower

A tray tower is a widely used gas-liquid mass transfer equipment, consisting of a cylindrical shell and a number of trays horizontally arranged at certain intervals within it. In normal operation, the liquid flows downward through each tray layer under the force of gravity and is discharged from the bottom of the tower; the gas, propelled by a pressure difference, passes through the trays from bottom to top through openings evenly distributed on the trays and is discharged from the top of the tower. Some liquid is retained on each tray, and during the passage of the gas through the liquid layer on the tray, the two phases come into contact and undergo mass transfer.
A distillation column is a tower-type vapor-liquid contacting device used for distillation, also known as a distillation tower. It comes in two main types: plate towers and packed towers. Based on the operating method, it can be further divided into continuous distillation columns and batch distillation columns. Operation pressure-wise, it includes atmospheric, pressurized, and vacuum conditions. The basic principle of distillation involves multiple partial vaporization and condensation of the liquid, utilizing the different volatility of its components (relative volatility, α) to achieve separation. Distillation can be categorized by its operation methods into simple distillation, flash distillation, normal distillation, and special distillation, among others.
Distillation Tower - Suitable for solvent concentration and recovery of various types
1. Alcohol Recovery System
Application Range: Recovery and concentration of solvents such as low-concentration ethanol and acetone.
2. Anhydrous Alcohol Recovery System
Recycling and concentration of solvents like isopropanol and acetic acid that form azeotropes with water.
3. DMF DMAC Recovery System
Recycling and concentration of solvents such as N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF), N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMAC), and N,N-2-methylformamide.
4. Acetic Acid Recovery System
Application Range: Suitable for esters and solvents with low water solubility.
5. Biodiesel Decolorization + Dreg Removal System
Unprocessed Raw Material: Biodiesel, also known as methyl fatty acid ester, refers to a fuel produced by using various animal and vegetable oils as raw materials, which are modified through a transesterification reaction with低碳 alcohols such as ethanol, to make it suitable for use in internal combustion engines.
Processed products: Light fractions + golden diesel + residuum oil
6. Waste Oil Decolorization and Dreg Removal System
Pending raw materials: waste oil including emulsified oil, transformer oil, gear oil, hydraulic oil, and waste engine oil (black oil)
Processed products: Light oil + golden diesel/basis oil + residuum oil
7. Self-adhesive Mixed Solvent Recovery System
MCPD Methylcyclopentadiene Dimer + MMT Methylcyclopentadiene Tricarbonyl Manganese
MCP monomer and resin-based mixed solvent
The above distillation towers and distillation recovery systems can achieve both batch and continuous recovery. The raw liquid processing capacity ranges from 0.5t/h to 500t/h.
