Continuous Distillation Tower Main Application
Due to the frequent start-ups and shutdowns of batch distillation, equipment utilization is low, operation is inconvenient, and it's difficult to achieve high purity products. Therefore, batch distillation is generally only used when continuous distillation is not feasible. In industry, most processes use continuous distillation. Continuous distillation towers, through scientific calculations, achieve stable operation for binary systems, producing high purity products with high yields, low energy consumption, and compact equipment structure.

Equipment Composition and Working Principle
The liquid material is injected into the high tank (or aspirated by vacuum) through a rotameter, then enters the preheater, heated to the boiling point before entering the tower. At the tower bottom, it is heated by a reboiler, and the steam at the top directly enters the full condenser. The condensed liquid passes through a pressure regulator, part of which is returned, and the rest is measured for concentration through a specific gravity meter before entering the cooler to reach room temperature and then into the receiving tank.
