Stainless Steel Tube Bundle Heat Exchanger

Streamlined flow refers to the parallel movement of exhaust gas and air in the same direction within the heat exchanger. Counterflow refers to the opposite direction of flow between exhaust gas and air within the heat exchanger. If the two streams of air flow perpendicular to each other, it is called crossflow. Besides these basic forms, there are many other ways for the flow of exhaust gas and air, which are combinations of these three basic forms, such as orthogonal streamlined flow, orthogonal counterflow, and so on.
The stainless steel tube bundle heat exchanger is designed with a geometric shape of the flow path, achieving a high heat exchange efficiency of the heat transfer medium. It significantly reduces the amount of cooling water required and saves on the installation cost of valves. The two sealing components of the heat exchanger are designed between the plates, and it also features a signal hole.
In the event of a leak, it may be external, designed to prevent the mixing of two media and trigger a safety alarm, as these media are filled with countercurrent and high-conductivity heat effects. The temperature of the two-media plate heat exchanger can reach 1°C. It is a device for recovering and utilizing waste heat. Under the same conditions, the heat transfer coefficient of the heat exchanger is selected by reasonably choosing the flow resistance loss, the design of the stainless steel tube bundle heat exchanger plate corrugation, and the high thermal conductivity of the film. The plate corrugation forms a special flow path, allowing the fluid to experience strong turbulence at very low speeds. This is helpful in preventing scaling in the heat exchanger and affecting heat transfer efficiency.
